2.Documents for renewal
a)The signed copy of passport(if the owner is an individual) or the stamped copy of Business License(if the owner is a company)of the applicant.
b)The copy of trademark certificate of registration
3.Documents for assignment
a)The signed copy of passport or the stamped copy of Business License of the assignor and the assignee.
b)The power of attorney on behalf of the assignor
c)The power of attorney on behalf of the assignee
4.Documents for change of the name or address of the trademark owner
a)The signed copy of passport(if the owner is an individual) or the stamped copy of Business License(if the owner is a company)of the applicant.
